We bought two pairs of spectacles one year back. My daughter accidentally stepped on one of those. Today we visited to Lenskart PLQ, and just to explore if can fix my daughter’s broken glasses frame. The staffs are very friendly and patient. After checking the situation, they fixed it without any charges. Will buy more and more from Lenskart. Thanks Lenskart PLQ Team ✨✨✨

Was provided extremely commendable service by Aishah. She was meticulous and patient with her explanations, and was also very friendly to boot!

Was not sure how progressive lenses worked but was assisted by Mr Phua whom was really patient and explained it succinctly. He was really knowledgeable and provided good recommendations. Please assist to convey my heartfelt appreciation and thanks once more to Mr Phua!

Visited the store on 19 Mar 2024 together with my family! Was really impressed by the great service provided by Joseph and Gabby who patiently answered our questions and also was very experienced in providing the eye checks! Got 2 really great pairs of glasses at a wonderful price too. Thanks so much both!

Very pleased with the service provided by Ana and Aisah (PLQ location). We tried Lenskart for the first time and weren’t sure about the products- the girls had a positive outlook, they helped us selecting the right frame. Special mention to Ana, she patiently did the eye tests for me and helped me get the right lens as I was using a different/wrong power for two years. She even went the extra mile and asked if we have a physical trust card (while making the payment) so that she can add the points for us.
