Very poor services, lack of flexibility while product purchase, staff had very limited knowledge which misled me while choosing the right frame.

Very poor glass manufacturer for progressive lenses , very arrogant and not accepting fault even when eye doctor had inspected and given note for redoing the glasses asking for additional charges. Escalated matter to the senior team to look for such arrogant service especially in a plush neighbourhood.
