If you believe a product offered by the Site is not as described, we recommend returning it in its unused condition as soon as possible.

Deliveries are always processed and completed as soon as possible. However, Lenskart Solutions Pvt. LTD withstands that some deliveries are subject to elements outside of our control. This includes but is not limited to unforeseen geopolitical events, international trade complications, etc.

At Lenskart Solutions Pvt. LTD, our mission is to deliver quality eyewear to our customers. To ensure this standard, a system for refunds and exchanges is available at your convenience. If You find your product to be anything less than perfect, We are more than happy to exchange it within 14 days of its delivery — no questions asked. To further ensure Your satisfaction, We also offer a one year warranty on all glasses. If Your glasses are damaged over the course of Your ownership, You are obligated to receive a new pair.
